 The Importance of Drinking Water 

Drinking enough water everyday is important for your health. Because the body needs liquid to make the blood circulation is working smoothly, your lips wont be chapped, to have a normal body temperature, protects your spinal cord and many else. Drinking water can prevent dehydration, which is condition when your body loses or have a less more fluid than the amount of fluid that you should have. The affect of dehydration is feeling thirsty, dizzy and tired also it can cause your body to overheat, and lead to constipation. So why do i say dringking water is important for your body? This is how the water helps your body.

Water helps your body to keep a normal temperature, affects energy levels and brain function which is important for you to focus. help prevent and treat headaches, help your blood circulation to flow smoothly through the vessels and to avoid constipation 

water also helps you to improves blood oxygen circulation. Water carries helpful nutrients and oxygen to your entire body. Reaching your daily water intake will improve your circulation and have a positive impact on your overall health.

Your body needs more water when you are in hot climates, because the hot temperature our body most likely produces sweat and release more energy. especially when you’re physically active, has a fever, having diarrhea or vomiting.

Everyone should consume water because the water’s role to keep our body healthy and stable. fun fact, we can last for about 2 to 3 moths to survive without food, but with water only. that concludes, water is so important so we have to drink it daily
